On November 30, 2017, the NYC City Council approved the East Harlem Rezoning Proposal. This walking tour will explore the existing and with action condition for the Rezoning. The tour will include an explanation of the newly adopted zoning through comparison, investigation of the proposed and potential development sites, and appreciation of the historic and cultural resources in the neighborhood.
