At the top of Manhattan we’ll walk across the University Heights Bridge into the Bronx and walk back over the Broadway Bridge into Manhattan and explore the surrounding area between the two bridges.
Along the way find out how some of the streets got there name.
-Walk by the new development going up in Inwood.
-See how things are connected and have amazing views as we go.
-The location where the First Reformed Dutch Church was built.
-Kingsbridge Armory and its future plans.
-The Free Bridge and the areas connection to the Revolutionary War battle.
-Some military heroes along the way and much more.
Wear comfortable shoes and expect to walk up and down some hills. Bring a bottle of water and a camera.

We have to walk up and down some hills and cross bridges with some narrow pathways. Not wheelchair accessible.
