The Community Information Technology Initiative (CITI) provides community boards and community-based organizations with maps, data and technical assistance to support local planning efforts.

CITI is made possible through a partnership between the City of New York and The Municipal Art Society. MYCITI.MAS.org provides direct access to PLUTO’s detailed property information including zoning, ownership, land use and lot dimensions.
A component of CITI, the CITI Youth program, introduces local high school students to GIS technology and how it can be used as a tool for community decision-making. Participating students can apply for internships as Map Technicians at their local community board.
