Imagine Coney Public Programs

ATTENTION!

On January 14 at 6.30PM, the MAS will be participating in a forum on Coney Island at Our Lady of Solace Church (map)at 1717 Mermaid Ave,  Brooklyn in which we will present a selection of the ideas submitted so far as well the economic and design work conducted by the charrette team. Seating is limited and reservations are encouraged.

We hope you can join us for should be a critical discussion about the future of Coney Island.

There have been four previous public ImagineConey meetings:

  • On October 27, key stakeholders briefed the charrette team at Brooklyn Borough Hall on their respective work in Coney Island. Click here to see photos.

  • On Monday, November 17, the charrette team presented their initial ideas at the Brooklyn Academy of Music. Read about their presentation here.

The ideas will be displayed online at ImagineConey.com and also at an exhibit at the MAS that will open in January 2009. The NEW deadline for submission is January 15.
