The Municipal Art Society is pleased to announce the growing list of supporters of the 2011 MAS Summit for New York City (as of 10/19/11):
Thanks to the generous support of foundations, corporations and individuals, the Municipal Art Society will bring together an unprecedented group of city builders and thought leaders for the 2011 MAS Summit for New York City. During last year’s inaugural Summit, more than 75 speakers, over the course of 20 unique sessions, discussed, debated and presented ways to help make New York a more livable city to an audience of more than 600 attendees. Covered by local, national and international media, the Summit convened thought leaders in the civic, arts, government, foundation and corporate communities. This year’s program will focus on how New York can rethink, reform, and reinvest to maintain its role as a global leader—in a time when thoughtful decisions on the built form, land use and planning are critical to the vitality of our city.
