Dan Barasch is Co-Founder of the Lowline, an effort to build the world’s first underground park in New York City. He formerly led partnerships at PopTech, an NGO focused on promoting socially innovative applications of technology. Dan previously worked within New York City government, as well as at Google, UNICEF, the 9/11 Survivors’ Fund, and the World Affairs Council.
